Bicycles and helmets are supplied, but if you have your own, they can be brought to school. Bicycles can be locked in the areas provided surrounding the school. Should bringing the bike be too difficult, bringing just a helmet is fine and a bike can be provided, or both can be provided if needed. Bikes must be locked in one of the racks outside of the school and cannot be stored in the school.
Waivers must be completed by all students to participate. The waiver must be completed online, or you will not be able to participate. You can find it here:
Under the iRide School tab, we are listed as Sir Alexander Mackenzie Elementary. After choosing the school, you would click register. From there, it will bring you to a log in page. You will need to click create an account This is free to do. Fill in your (parent) name, email address and a password and click create an account. From there, you will be able to log in and fill in a waiver for your child. I'm not a student, and therefore have not actually filled one out before myself, but if you run into any hiccups in the waiver process, please let me know in the comments for this post and I will try to help you out with a fast reply.
