Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Sadly, this day also marks the end of the first week of Spring Break. I hope you are having a fun time with your time off. If you are finding yourself bored, maybe read a book? Or practice your times tables? ;) I have been busy taking the boys bowling, to the aquarium, swimming, skating and to the park. I also managed to find time to play hockey and, sadly, pull a muscle while playing that makes walking VERY painful right now. Hopefully I will be better before we are back to school. For the next week, I am still not sure what we are going to do. Any ideas? What have you all been up to? Special thanks to Romana's family for bringing food for the entire class (and most of the staff) to help celebrate a great term this past Wednesday. There was pizza, crazy bread, chicken strips, bbq pork fried rice, juice and chocolate chip muffins for dessert. A few photos are up in the Pictures section.
Also, just a reminder that report cards go home Friday, March 10. |

Welcome Students and Parents of Division 7!
I hope that this will be a place where we can better open the lines of communication between myself, the students and the parents/guardians. I also hope to use this space as part of my general encouragement to use various forms of technology to help us learn in different and meaningful ways.
