 Capoeira was on for a week at Mackenzie and Division 7 had the pleasure of participating in 2 1-hour sessions. The instructor used intense exercise and simple positions to combine into almost a combination of dance and martial arts. It looked like a lot of fun! A few more photos are in the Picture Section.

I like Capoeira it was fun when we had to do 10 or 5 push-ups!
