The iRide bicycle program will be running at Mackenzie at the end of the month. Our class has afternoon time slots for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (before heading to Science World Friday! What a week!).
Bicycles and helmets are supplied, but if you have your own, they can be brought to school. Bicycles can be locked in the areas provided surrounding the school. Should bringing the bike be too difficult, bringing just a helmet is fine and a bike can be provided, or both can be provided if needed. Bikes must be locked in one of the racks outside of the school and cannot be stored in the school.
Waivers must be completed by all students to participate. The waiver must be completed online, or you will not be able to participate. You can find it here:

The area is Vancouver & Sea to Sky (The 5th one on the list) and listed as Sir Alexander Mackenzie Elementary. I'm not a student, and therefore have not actually filled one out before myself, but if you run into any hiccups in the waiver process, please let me know in the comments and I will try to help you out, or I can contact someone who can.
